The issue
Klipsch is eighty. The issue is out on 25 September 2026.
Founded in 1946 in Hope, Arkansas — eight thousand people — the company moved most of its production to Indianapolis in 2000. But the Heritage line is still assembled by hand in Hope, never automated, and the Klipschorn has been built there for seventy years without interruption. Birch plywood, copper, horns: those cabinets are joinery, and they still come out of the same workshops.
This is exactly the kind of story these issues exist for.
The pair
It will be American, and for the first time so will the hands that build it. The maker will be announced when the commission is signed.
